A blind box contains one randomly selected collectible from a series. The box is sealed, so the character or design inside remains a surprise until it is opened.

No. Individual blind boxes are packed at random, and specific characters, colors, or designs cannot be selected unless the product page clearly states otherwise.

Yes. When purchasing multiple individual blind boxes, duplicate designs may occur. If a complete set is available, please check the product description for its specific assortment rules.

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days for the United States and 10–25 business days for other destinations. Processing time is not included in the delivery estimate.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. Please contact support@planetbear.online before returning anything.
